"Anna Petrovna"&"Man in blue. Uncle Misha." /oil painting/ portraits

Hi Steemians & Artists!
In addition to Katya's portrait, I painted two more portraits - residents of the village "Ishaki of Chuvashia". This is "Anna Petrovna" and "Man in blue. Uncle Misha." Paired portraits of the same size, a similar composition. I decided to portray the toilers of the village near their homes.

Anna Petrovna reacted to painting the portrait as a holiday. She sat next to her simple and old wooden house in simple but festive clothes, illuminated by the sun immersed in memories.

Uncle Misha, it seemed to me, was not very pleased with the posing for the portrait. But it turned out he was just being very modest. He was sitting in a blue quilted jacket in the shadow of his blue house.

I wanted to document the lively impression of people, so I chose the plein-air-academic manner.
I worked three sessions for two hours with the models and additionally painted the entourage from life.
