Imran Khan last hope for Pakistan

Imran Khan has a penchent for better governance and accountability.He is a charity worker running three cancer hospitals across Lahore,Karachi and Peshawar named SHAUKAT KHANAM CANCER MEMORIAL HOSPITAL.

He has an flair and flamboyance.Pakistan is indebted to Imran Khan for the 1992 Cricket world cup.
But why I am indicating these aspects of his personality?
Does this means Imran has mandate to manupulate the existing structures of by chance secong successive democratic government?
Does only the top chiar of PM matters for Imran more than consolidating popular support?
