Sports Diary - 10/6

Today is the weekend,
The weather is a bit dark, there are many clouds in the sky, but the wind is not big.
Going out at 4 o'clock in the afternoon.
I chose the playground of the elementary school.
More than 30 people have been running,
A circle is 200 meters.
I am jogging,
and had remembering this numbers,
I ran for 50 laps.
Run for more than an hour,
When I want to go home,
I saw the school’s "pulled single Pole sport" ,
so go to pulled a few times,
I wanted to pull 20,
but only pulled a few times , because no powerless,
It seems that my arm has to exercise.

运动日记 - 10/6

今天是周末，
天气有点阴暗，天上的云很多，但风不大，
下午4点多出门跑步。
选择了小学的操场，
已经有30多人在跑步了，
一圈是200公尺，
我慢跑着，
还记着数，
共跑了50圈，
跑了1小时多，
要回家的时候，
看到了学校的单干，
还拉了几下，
本想拉20下的，
不到10下就没力了，
看来手臂也要锻炼才是。
