Pokemon Go: May Community Day Event Details
Like the last time, the community day event will last for six hours and will be on a Sunday from 11am to 5pm local times. No reward during the event has been announced which is surprising but can change. I am not surprised that there is not more bonuses as we also have some additional announcements. While incense will last longer, they will also have Special Research Story called Seeing Double at a $0.99 cost for trainers. The will also be having a 24 hour livestream which will be interesting to see how it is managed around the globe. Lastly, they will have a special box in the shop available as usual.
As usual, you will have a chance to encounter the shiny form of the Pokémon Seedot in increased probabilities during the event. Also, a special move will be gained from evolving Nuzleaf to Shiftry up to two hours after the event has been announced to be Bullet Seed. It will be interesting to see how much interest this gets from the community this month. Good luck and catch ‘em all!
