KCS Ecosystem allows KCS holder to use KCS for multiple purposes.

From their announcement, they launched soft staking program for:

Cosmos (ATOM), EOS (EOS), Tron (TRX) and Internet of Services (IOST)

Kucoin will calculate the daily rewards for you if you are holding these coins in your account on their exchanges.
The requirement is minimum, all users nee to do is hold any coins from the above list, in either trading account or main account, and receive rewards daily. And of course, there is a minimum reward to be paid, if your daily reward does not exceed the minimum, you will need to wait until it fulfills the minimum.
