@ketkom, is that a momentary thing? I successfully performed the said actions on steem-engine.com and got result: zero. I may add that my SteemPower is 85 SP only (as I am new here). is that normal, or 'something went wrong'? what do you think.

just refreshed the page... and received 78 palcoins; staked all.
