Zucchini blossoms
So these are the zucchini blossoms that are about to be prepared as flor de zucca. It's pretty much better fried zucchini stuff with ricotta cheese. I just thought the blossoms were very interesting cuz I never seen anything like it before. Most restaurants serve them as just a fried dish but these will come out very decorative and garnish with the blossom itself
