Schon wieder pizza?

Pizza mag ich nicht besonders gern essen. Meistens hat es mit dem Boden zu tun. Zu dick, zu dünn, zu fettig, verbrannt, steinhart. Meine letzte habe ich noch immer nicht verdauert.

Früher hat mein Vater immer gesagt: "Falls du gar nichts kannst geh zur Arbeit beim Zoll und steh an der Grenze."

Heutzutage wird man Pizzabäcker.
Was hier alles als Pizza serviert wird. Da wurden die Italiener über sich selbst lachen. Gut das die Napolitano ihren Pizza jetzt bei UNESCO registriert haben, nicht damit weltweit gedacht wird, dass Amerikanische Pizza von dr Oetker die richtige Pizza ist.

Peperoni wird bei uns nich viel gegessen, wir essen Salami.
Und was soll hier fade bedeuten? Geschmacklos (dann wird es wohl Paprika sein statt Pfeffer) oder sieht es verblassen aus (alt und mehr Schinken und Mehl statt eine echte Salami)?

Pizza again?

I do not like pizza. Mostly it has to do with the dough. Too fat, too thin, too greasy, burnt, as hard as a stone. I still did not digest my last one.

My father used to say, "If you have no skills, go work for customs and stand at the border."

Nowadays you become a pizza baker.
You would be surprised what they serve here as pizza. The Italians would have a good laugh.
It is a good thing the people from Naples have their pizza registered with UNESCO, before the whole world starts thinking the American pizza from dr Oetker is the only right one.

Pizza with pepperoni? We don't eat it here, we use salami.
And what_stale_ means?
Perhaps tasteless (probably red peppers are used instead of hot/chili peppers) or does it look faded (old and more ham and flour instead of a real salami)?
