I thought they were supposed to use taxes from cannabis sales to help the homeless.
If they were smart and actually cared about reducing the homeless population they would pass a homeless tax, if homeless people had to pay $500 to live there they would clear out pretty fast.
But what they are calling a "homeless tax" is really an "employee tax" which should act to reduce the number of employed people.
Wise lawmakers tax those things that they want there to be less of highly and don't tax things we want there to be more of.
