According to @buzz.lightyear, half of the participants to the event have no prior experience with cryptocurrency and wants to learn about bitcoin and cryptocurrency.
Even after the year-long bear market, people are fundamentally interested with the industry.
It really goes to show that the pain of 2018 is a road bump. We're only starting.

There will be a few this month. In fact, at the rate it's going, there's always meetups now. Just gotta choose which one worth going and which one not worth going.
