Steem Fork Faces Legal Threat From Mining Firm Over 'Hive' Name

That would be very unfortunate start for the Hive blockchain. I don't understand how the word hive could be considered an intellectual property. Based on their logic, they can sure everyone who has hives, because he could do something that might hurt their reputation.
