Foods with more vitamin C than an Orange fruit.

Following vegetable and fruits can give Vitamin C.

  • Bell pepper
  • Broccoli
  • Strawberry
  • Kale
  • Pineapple
  • Kiwi

But do not ignore Orange. That is one of the sweetest fruit can give Vitamin C to your body naturally.
