Why Don't You Vent Your Emotion Online?

in #partiko4 years ago (edited)

One of my friend asked me why don't I vent my emotion online, how I can be still be so calm, holding myself down from sharing out how I feel.

My friend told me that whenever something bad or when he is having a bad day, it has been a habit of him sharing it out online. It's a way for a lot of people in venting out their negative emotion, be it anger, sadness, frustration, guilt, etc. After that they will feel better or at least calmer.

Well that might be one of the many way for people to vent out their negative emotions. There is no right way or wrong way in doing it. It's just not my thing in sharing out my emotion publicly.

For me, whenever I felt bad, or having negative emotions, I will try to talk to my trusted buddies. Its not something easy for someone like me who doest feel like troubling others or making others feel bad just because I felt bad. Them, being there for me, not necessarily giving me advices, just listening and grieving with me, and pray for me, help me to hold on through the period.

Of course, I will always have my number listener, my Heavenly Father to listen to me. I bring all my worries and frustrations to Him knowing that He will walk me through my valley. I seek healing from Him through prayer, reading His words from the bible, sing hymms and Christian songs as well as letting other brothers and sisters empower me through going to fellowships and church activities.

Well, everyone has their own way of sharing and venting emotions be it positive or negative emotions. There is no right or wrong, as long as we do not hurt ourselves nor others.
