Bacon / Chicken wrapped Jalapeño Poppers!
The perfect cheap and easy football Sunday dish. I made this a few Sundays ago when my Raiders played the Bears. All that is needed is a little bit of preferred seasoning thin cut chicken like cutlets, cream cheese, a few Jalapeño's, and some bacon. I smoked mine for a Hour at 180, and another 2.5 hrs at 225.
