Table tennis
This is my first post from partiko app. Good day steemit community, as a lover of sport I will be writing about table tennis. My two favourite sport table tennis and football.
Table tennis is a sport in which two or four people play by hitting small ball with small racket over a night that divide special table made for it. Since I learnt how to play table tennis, I always bring out time for it. I play table tennis for two main reason, one is for fun and the other is for exercise.
Benefit playing table tennis
Coming from exercise angle, table tennis allows you to move your body, develops bicep through constant hitting of the small ball. It also improves cardiovascular fitness thereby enabling proper pumping of the heart.
Apart from exercise aspect, table tennis as an intense game stimulate mental alertness and concentration. Enhancing hand to eye coordination and also reflexes. The fun aspect of the game is when your competing with friends, you will try your best to be the champion so that you can brag about it. Over here, we friends do set money in form of bet and whoever win go with the money. I prefer to play table tennis over football but I prefer watching football over table tennis.
I will be continuing my next post about other sport I do engage in.
