Unfortunately, this is natural in all people and even animals for that matter!!

How to Prepare a Mud Pack
First, put one spoon of dry mud powder in a bowl. Then add a bit of water to get a paste going. Then apply to face.
Wait until it dries and cracks on your face. You will feel the mud pull on your skin. This is not a time to laugh, as it really hurts to laugh or smile!!
After the mud tightens your once droopy face, wash the mud off (after about 10~15 minutes) and voila! You're a new person! All refreshed and stress has dissipated.

Along with stress relief that mud mask would be an interesting and fun bonding activity to do with your kids.
I typically relieve stress by walking (the dog usually) or by talking to someone. Both tend to help significantly
