很久没煮桃㬵吃了今天心血来潮想吃桃㬵😋補一補讓目己的肌肤更亮丽😍

个人超爱吃桃㬵原因之一是有美容功效还有
高水溶性纤维特性,有肋排便💩可逹到美顏作用,润肺养颜老少咸宜😄

尤其是大热天时吃一碗冰凉的桃㬵來满足自己的嘴馋😋

个人也超喜欢把煮好的桃㬵加入椰子水和椰肉口感香甜😍😍😍

有时出龙眼的季节也会加入新鲜的龙眼肉真是一级棒啊!

温心提示:
桃胶也不可吃過量,因为桃㬵含過量的蛋白質会增加腎臓的负担,尤其是腎病人士亦要特别注意分量桃㬵也具高纤,高植物性蛋白质消化能力较弱者也要注意份量以免身体造成负擔。

材料:
桃胶 (大概10-15克)1人份量
龙眼干
红棗
白果(去衣去心)
班兰叶

冰糖

做法:
桃胶要用水泡发一夜,泡发后的桃㬵可
以涨大15倍左右。

      清水加入班兰叶煮15分钟拿出
       加入冰糖梨煮15分钟
       加入桃胶煮10分钟再
       
        加入龙眼干和红棗煮7分钟
