Tunes - day Highlight : The Lymph Fork
No, this fork is not quite as large as a building...
but it is my largest one. This "C" fork, vibrating at a very low 32 Hz is especially good for helping with lymphatic drainage.

The lymphatic system, unlike the circulatory system, does not have its own "pump". Lymph is moved with the contraction and relaxation of the surrounding muscle tissue.

For someone who is undergoing chemotherapy or radiation, exercise can be a challenge and the lymph can become stagnant. Helping the lymph along with vibrations from this fork aid in detoxification and support the body through these harsh processes.
