People Photography Contest: Festival at the National Museum, งานฉลองที่พิพิธภัณฑ์สถานแห่งชาติ
This is my entry for #thaiphotocontest36 on people photography. Last Sunday I went to the National Museum where there was a three-days festival for the 237th anniversary of the Bangkok and era of Rattanakosin.
The entrance to this festival was free so the whole place began to get crowded in late afternoon just before all the performances were scheduled to start. The atmosphere was very lively although the weather was very hot and humid. Luckily it did not rain. There were stalls selling snacks, traditional Thai food and special Thai sweets. Lots of people came with their elderly members of their families. They were all taking pictures with vendors and performers dressed in traditional Thai costumes.
The theme of clothing for festival staff was traditional Thai court costumes so they all looked rather elegant and beautiful. Some children came in old style dresses and costumes making them looking very cute. Vendors walked around with old style baskets selling Thai snacks and sweets.
วันอาทิตย์ที่ผ่านมาเราไปเที่ยวงานฉลองครบรอบ กรุงรัตยโกสินทร์ครบรอบ 237ปี ที่พิพิธภัณฑ์สถานแห่งชาติ มีงานฉลองสามวัน โดยมีการแสดงทางวัฒนธรรมไห้ชมฟรี และมีการออกร้านขายอาหาร ขนมไทยโบราณ และไอศกรีมมะพร้าวอ่อนด้วย. แต่ขายดีมาก เราเลยอดกินของอร่อยหลายอย่าง คนที่ขายของในงานแต่งกายด้วยชุดไทยในสมัยรัชกาลที่5 ส่วนคนที่มาเที่ยวงานบางคนก็แต่งกายย้อนยุค เพื่อมาถ่ายรูปที่งานด้วย เด็กบางคนก็แต่งตัวแบบเด็กสมัยก่อน ดูแล้วน่ารักมาก แถมมีการทำผมจุกอีกต่างหาก
บรรยากาศในงานคึกคักมาก แม้ว่าอากาศจะร้อนอบอ้าว ทุกคนในงานก็ยังยิ้มแย้ม และมีมารยาทดี เพราะคนเยอะมาก เราเดินชนคนและเหยียบเท่าคนสองคน เขาก็รับคำขอโทษจากเราอย่างดี นอกจากมีการแสดงต่างๆให้ชมแล้ว เขาเปิดให้เข้าไปชมห้องแสดงงานศิลป และของโบราณให้ทุกคนเข้าไปชมฟรี เราก็เข้าไปชมห้องที่แสดงของโบราณยุคก่อนประวัติศาสตร์อีกครั้งหนึ่ง แอร์เย็นสบายทำให้เดินเพลินมาก เราไปชมรูปปั้นโบราณที่เรายังไม่ได้ดูในครั้งก่อน ทำให้ได้เห็นรายละเอียดอีกหลายอย่าง
เราโชคดีมากที่ได้ไปเที่ยวงานนี้

งานแบบนี้ควรมีการส่งเสริมให้จัดขึ้นทุกจังหวัดได้น่าจะดีค่ะ ชอบมากๆถ้าได้ไปงานอะไรย้อนยุคแบบนี้ และที่สำคัญคือมีอาหารอร่อยๆให้ทานด้วยค่ะ 5555
Yes! You are right. This kind of party and festival is better than having youngster drinking or biking competition! Old people also have a chance to dress up!
