Getting back into training with new priorities and perspective!
I want to work on balancing out my body and making sure I’m being diligent on training evenly. I also want to work on the balance in my life of not only prioritizing my physical practice but all the other things I want to cultivate. You have to make the space for the things you want!
My sprained ankle is still testing me but I’m taking it day by day and grateful to be back in the air!
