Will the noobs be prepared for the next bull market?

Being involved in cryptocurrencies for almost 2 years now, I have tasted the euphorias of a bull market like we've had in 2017 and also the gut-wrenching feeling of a crash like we had this year.
Most newcomers to the crypto market that got in late 2017 and bought all-time-highs only know the feeling of despair but little do they know that in a bull market you go through lots of headaches as well, like second-guessing yourself every day if selling today would be the right thing to do because what if we still have another 10x in the cycle.

What are your thoughts?
