INTRODUCING PARTIKO APPLICATION FOR STEEM | MY REVIEW

The @partiko application is the one of the latest software for accessing the steem block-chain, and at the time of this post, it is available on android, the IOS version is to be released very soon.

I got to know about Partiko from @steemcafeblog and i want to acknowledge the team of creators for developing this beautiful application

This review is done on a Techno W2 Android smart phone
The current Android version is Android 6.0

Been using the application for more than a week now, and I can say, I'm conversant with the application , and I'm making this review as a means of awareness to users who are already using Partiko , those who haven't heard of it, and those with the intention of using the application.

I give the application 4 stars

@Partiko has a beautiful interface, and at the instance of opening the software for the first time, you're directed to the trending page, which to me is a source of encouragement to new users, letting them know of the profits involved on being on the Steem block chain. The trending page is usually occupied with quality contents.

Of course you have to login, to begin using the application. On clicking on login, you're directed to the steemconnect page of the app first, before been linked to steem connect via your phone inbuilt browser.

The home page is divided into FEED; which is a timeline of posts from users you follow and the TRENDING; this is the first page you see on opening the application

You select on the category on the trending page you want to view

FEATURES

Features available include

Quick Post button

This located on the home page, with a pen logo at the bottom right corner your phone screen.

On click on the quick post icon you're directed the Post Editing page

POST DRAFT PAGE

The look is simple and nice, you can add photos to your post and the mark styling formats works on it.
Emoji works on it, but there isn't any built in emoji into the application, emojis on your phone type pad can work on it.

I really like the question on the top bar of the page whats new?

PROFILE PAGE
To access your profile, simply touch on the profile avatar shaped icon on the top right corner of the home page

The profile page displays the necessary information of your account.

Which includes, your profile picture, steem, steem power, following and followers and your posts timeline.

Your account reputation is displayed in parenthesis close to your username.

At the top right corner of the profile page, there is a setting icon.

At the time of this post, there are currently two features available on the setting page.

OPEN ON STEEMIT ICON

This is really awesome, giving users the option of viewing posts in the steemit platform. The icon can be viewed when you click on a post and you scroll down to the resteem button,you will find the icon at the right. Partiko included the option of sharing your posts.

There are so many other cool features, which i will make post about on my subsequent review

SUGGESTIONS

On Using the application, there are features and functions I believe should be added or included in the application.

Being able to access your followers and following profile through the profile page.

click and view on Images and profile pictures.

Personalize profile picture

Save drafts on the post draft page, to be referred to, even when the user leaves the page, to avoid loss of data.

Include voting power regulator, to avoid up voting post at 100% voting value, everytime

This is my 1 week review of the awesome Partiko software
