Sekkh kabab yammy

Last Sunday me and my friends visit new restaurant and ate seekh kabab. It's very yummy and spicy dish. We all are enjoy it very much because it's less oily and tasty. I want to share with you how can you will make seekh kabab..Ingredients
700g beef qeema
1/2 cup coriander
3_4 Green chilies
1 table spoon coconut powder
2 tsp fries cumin
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
3 tsp chickpea powder
1 tsp oil
Salt to taste
2 tsp red chili powder 3_4 tsb fried onion
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp chat masala
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp papay powder

Mix all the ingredients in a chopper and chop it very well. Keep it in a fridge for 15_20 minutes. Bub water on your hands take a hand full ball of qeema mixture and shape the kabab on a skewer.
Apply oil on grill place the skewer on the grill and cook the kabab until tenders serve with salat raita and different chaatni.
Preparation time. 15 minutes

Cooking time. 25 minutes
