Passion is suffering

In the Latin dictionary, Passion is a term of suffering in pain. Some of my friends are confused about the term that I said in our dream chasing we would have suffering by following the passion. WHY DO WE HAVE TO SUFFER? They seemed disagree with me for this. However, I think they are misunderstood.

Do you remember the song from the Suicide Squad, Sucker for Pain. They kept continue how bad they want the pain. Perhaps that gave them some concepts of pain is horrible, maniac or things that we cannot possible to take. Since they think the part of passion should be the things that makes us happy and feel good. Pain should be something NOT Connected.

The part of passion is suffering, is your heart and love can endure the pain of suffering. While we are chasing our dreams, we will encounter lots of failures, frustration, stress or even some bad health let you down for few days. Those are things that we would suffer in following our passion. This is undoubted and unavoidable, but we will get over it along with fear. The suffering is the challenge and steps that we need to take in order to achieve our dreams and passion is our batteries, the only thing we can keep it on while suffering.

However, why DO I say Passion is not feeling good, this makes us happy indeed? It is simply because being happy is including some hobbies or even bad habits like taking alcohol or drugs, they makes us happy and why do not we say that is our passion? I guess no one said my passion is taking drugs. Passion is having suffering, watching TV, taking drugs or alcohol, singing karaoke or eating buffets and so on, the suffering makes us better and stronger to achieve our dreams ne by one.
