Recovering of master key or password

Hello steemians!! please i have a problem right now i dont know how to solve it. When i opened my steemit account i did not understand the master key stuffs and i was unable to copy it down. Right now am finding it difficult to perform some operations in the system because i dont have access to my pass key anymore. Please i need your help so as to help me recover my password so that i can fully participate in the system.

I believe that with a good guide from any of you and i can do that.
