Dirty minded Sega adverts 1

We are cruising down memory lane again having a look at what was acceptable then and wouldn't pass today. I actually don't remember seeing these adverts ,but maybe a few of the older people do. Some tongue in cheek and clever word plays with these ones.

I don't know what planet these guys were on and how they got away with it. I think this advert has more than enough sexual content and sticks out like a saw thumb. Maybe they did it for shock value to get everyone's attention or try and get banned to make some publicity. Any news is good news no matter how bad it is in the marketing world.Having someone talk about your product is the name of the game.

After the first shocker they managed to follow it up with something that is just as bad. This one talks about fiddling around in the darkness and furious hand action. I have a few more of the Sega sexual adverts and trust me they are far worse than these. I will post them on the next post and still can't believe they were even thought of.Look out for a special Sonic The Hedgehog tomorrow.

This one is a bonus add and just couldn't resist. The dumb shocked look on his face tells it all. It is actually quite funny with very little said. I think this is not too bad and could maybe pass the censorship board today at a push.
