I feel like a lot of people make this mistake. They think life is a specific destination and not a growing and shifting series of events. Those events and constant processes are life. I'm sure you've heard the saying "life happens when you're looking for it". Enjoy the ride and grow through your experiences.

We need to enjoy the ride and processes even though we all know it is usually unpleasant. When we try to enjoy it, it changes our disposition to things and makes the process bearable.
