What a clear and precise word. Very timely for these times. It really reminds me of the words of a friend who took a phrase from someone who said: Do not worry when you throw bricks, the more they are, take them and build a wall. So it is very practical, all the processes will help you to build your own life. Do not discard your processes, enjoy them, live them and you will have many benefits. In the end we will see the gold shine.
I love this analogy. Absolutely related to what process is all about. The more bricks thrown, the more we use them to build, the more fire, the more refined, the more life throws at us, the more experience we gather.
