My Entry to the "Pay It Forward Curation Contest" by @thedarkhorse
With this post, I would like to support a - in my opinion - great initiative started by @thedarkhorse.
Being tagged by @psionic-tremors in her post I'm happy to participate.

Reading about the contest for the first time might be confusing but actually @thedarkhorse's setup has one simple main rule:

How did I pick my "candidates"?
I read a lot of recent introduction-posts and picked the ones where I got the feeling that they are motivated to bring quality content to the community. Hopefully, this will bring some extra motivation 😇.

After one month, @motey wrote a new introduction post: 1 month on steemit and here I have bad things 😯and good things😃 to share with you
The post starts with these words which directly caught my attention:
I am not so successful on steemit but I am not sad but rather I am happy that I havr been able to make friends . Interact with them ,take part in contests, win sometimes I am really happy about that.😊
This attitude is a good way to start on steemit - some extra attention could motivate even more.

Harry Preciados aka @thecolaguy (I love this steemit-name btw 😄) just arrived in the steemit community and caught my attention mainly because he wrote his introduction post This is My Life - A music lover and a loving father in a very honest way. Reading it gave me the idea that @thecolaguy is full of positive energy.
He described his motivation on this platform:
Actually I am here now in steemit because of @ruelx. He introduced me in this platform and I got interested. So, now I am here. I really like how this platform works. Unlike other social media where you are not rewarded for your work, steemit inspires you to do your best as a creative, authentic and idealistic individual. I have never done a blog to any website and only Steemit pushes me to do so.
So let's push Harry a little bit more because I believe he has interesting stories to be told.

this is awesome. I bookmarked your post and I'm going to figure out how to participate in this when I get home. I love ambushing new steemians with votes lol. This seems like it will be an organized and more productive way to do it.

Indeed @bala41288 I think @thedarkhorse started a good initiative to help new steemians get some attention.
