问一个有关发帖奖励的问题，大神们戳这里！

截图来自steemit的“Welcome”。

如图画横线部部分所示，它讲的是作者获得发帖奖励分为两个阶段，其中第一个阶段是24-48小时，第二阶段大约是30天。

问题1：

这两个阶段内的作者发帖奖励机制是一样的吗？还有些帖子的第一阶段时间不同怎么算出来的？

如图发帖时默认的奖励规则是50%是不可流通的Steem Power，另外50%是可流通的Steem/Steem Dollars。

问题2：

那么在作者获得奖励的50%可流通代币中，Steem和Steem Dollars是各占一半吗？
