Healthy Lady Parts

Are your lady parts healthy? For years, we’ve accepted the pain, heavy bleeding, and odors of our lady parts as just a function of PMS. When we don’t experience a monthly cycle we allow doctors to put us on birth control to so call “regulate” our cycle – it never does. And we end of with weird emotional issues and extra pain.

If you are a meat and potatoes kind of girl seriously consider reducing your meat and potato intake to once a day or not at all. Consume more raw veggies and fruits. Eat like a Queen! And I hope I don’t have to discuss cleanliness. Also, for pain and heavy bleeding (as well as missed monthly cycles), consider consuming herbal teas. Many people think herbal teas are of no effect but they are actually VERY powerful. Try this combination to reduce heavy bleeding, pain, and even to shrink your fibroids/cyst: Red Clover, Nettle, & Red Raspberry Leaf. This combination helped me soooo much!
