911 is a number to dial for United States and some other countries in times of emergency. But since 2001 September 11, this number has new implication related to the terrorist attack of Twin Towers of the World Trade Centre in New York. From then on the aftermath of terrorist attack is the problem that the people of the world to be reckoned with almost everyday.

Ironically, the number intended for relief or help is now a triggering of phobia and chaos. As today is September 11 that some people are unavoidably be alerted of the 911 incident, we need also be reminded to cherish peace.

The world is so unpredictable and today what appears to be secure may not give us assurance of peace. Therefore, it is vital to have a sense of crisis in the so-called peaceful days. We do not need to be pressurised by phobia or too reactive towards the potential threat. However, the sense of crisis helps us to treasure peace and to take steady preventive measures to deal with whatever potential menace.
