I totally agree with the Ocean parameters. It is important to have a decent sense of emotional intelligence to know how to treat every particular situation with the peculiarities that they present themselves. We also must understand that we can't treat everyone the same. This should be taught in school. Because we can't function in society without relating with people...and these stated here are crucial to relating with society and the people that make up society.
