@gray00 I hope we return to a majority of decentralized traffic on the internet. I did not realize in 2006 it was the prime of p2p. But I think we will see the return as it seems impossible for any centralized systems to run without corruption or not vulnerable to attack. DDOS will always be an issue and returning to IP based networks as you talk about in the past.

Hopefully major content creators moving to blockchain platforms will be the start.. and if that keeps happening, our scalability will be tested again.

With the use of tokens from steem engine content creators will be able to reward their followers on a level that youtube/twitch and other platforms cannot match. Could incite a whole new wave of followers.. wanting to earn tokens from their content creators.
