GRILLED PORK MEAT

Grilled pork meat is called sinugba here in Cebu, Philippines and is famous specially during that we want to visit to the beach and chill. This dish is always present if you want to chill with friends during vacations or day offs. The best part to be grilled is the belly part of the pig. We usually marinate the meat for our before grilling it to let the taste of the salt, pepper and soy sauce soak into the meat. The perfect sauce for this grilled pork meat is the combination of soy sauce, vinegar and calamansi extract.
