Why there is a FAKE drug war in the Philippines?

The Dutertes are untouchables in Davao City. The presidential son Paolo Duterte has a full control of Sasa wharf in Davao Port where the smuggled cargoes and illegal drugs transactions been landed. Most of the drugs were imported from China.

But the senate Blue ribbon committer headed by Sen. Dick Gordon who is a Duterte's kind puppy excluded the presidential son and the Bureau of Customs Official after the seizure of 6.8 Billion pesos of illegal drugs. It was just a partial of illegal drugs that has been captured , because there are still missing 22 Billion Pesos illegal drugs. Persons involved in the transactions has been accused not guilty. The only person who has been imprisoned is the caretaker of the warehouse where the illegal drugs been stored.
