PAKBET #filipinofood
Hello everyone!
This was called "pakbet" in Filipino term. Pakbet is kind of a vegetables dishes that are mostly common in the Philippines. This was very nutritious and very yummy.
This are the ingredients of pakbet (Onion, Garlic, Squash, Soy, Ladies fingers, Eggplant, Meat, Salt, Pepper, Water, Soy sauce, Vegetable oil).
This is how you're going to cook this recipe, first you need to slice into cubes the vegetables and meat, then hit the pan with the vegetable oil, after that your going to put the onion and garlic, next put the sliced meat, then add some soy sauce and salt, when the meat is tender you can put the vegetables with it, the first vegetable you well going to put is the squash, eggplant, soy, ladies fingers and mix it all together. After that add 1 cup of water, some soy souce then salt and pepper for the taste of pakbet. Wait till the vegetables are totally tender, and then serve.
