Recover the control of your life!

Many books exist with hard enough histories, which have allowed to help thousands of persons to how resolving or handling complicated situations. Always the first time exists, but probably this experience already was lived by another being, that could extract profit of this situation, leaving his learning us and and as the control taking before them.

Certain popular phrase says:

The life not always tries to have good letters, but to play well a bad hand.

That is to say, though we do not possess the perfect circumstances, we can extract the better of the life. Often, the key is in accepting our circumstances and doing what we prune inside the limitations that we have. If it can recover up to certain degree the control of his life, very well. If later, the circumstances improve, excellent. But the better thing is still for coming.

There are situations in which we feel that our life turns a chaos or leaves of control. Situations as:

  1. An incurable disease, or even those that can be treated, but they leave a psychological effect in us.
  2. The loss of a dear being.
  3. The divorce or break of an engagement.
  4. A strong discussion with a very dear relative.
  5. Difficult labor or economic situations that it is crossing.

We tend to feel impotent before situations as these. We think of wishing only that the things were otherwise, that this moment has never existed or that they change drastically for better.

Depending on the circumstance for which you are happening, you can take some of these advices:

  1. To change your routine. Bearing in mind your limitations, put in order your priorities and your schedule fit. All that will help you to feel that you have the control of your life.
  2. Center in what yes it can do. For example, maybe have little control on his health, but might it make something of exercise, consume healthy food and rest the sufficient thing?
  3. Decide what he would like to achieve from now on. Go little by little, and do not try to do everything of once. Dedicate every day some moment to the aims that one has proposed.
  4. Them let's not try to do everything simultaneously, because if we see that they are not working, we might manage to think that we cannot make concrete them, being that if we were doing them of to little, one to one, we would see that if we can manage to reach them.
  5. Be kept busy, it can be, reaching the aims previously raised, or be allowed theatre to submerge in new activities, as the dance, painting, equipments of help to most needed in his urbanizations or in the hospitals, zones of rescue of the animals or the nature).
  6. In addition it might make simple tasks, since clean the table or wash the plates. To take care of his appearance. A very useful advice, it is to attend to the most important matters in the morning. It will make all that feel him usefully, believe me.
  7. Think about the possible advantages that it has now. For example, do they allow him his current circumstances to understand better how to face to the problems? In this case, might it help other persons?

They are so many situations for which we could be happening, that often even we suppress these events, fact that is not good, because the better thing is to liberate all this pain, anger, impotence that we are feeling. No life of us is perfect, we have lived through hard moments before which we have could raise you, for something we are here and have worked out forward, even like that, there are some situations that we them are working to solve them. We do not know that the future provides us, but we have to have present that maybe we could not control the circumstances, but yes we can control how it reacts to them.
