Chronic complainers. There's certainly no shortage of them. So if you like to live a stress free life, then it's important to know how to deal with them.
In this vlog, I share a very simple technique, to take the stress out of dealing with them.

Thanks for stopping by man, I agree on both points. I have a spongey mic shield that has worked fine until this vlog. it wasn't even really that windy, so I don't know what the deal was there, but yeh, it sounded crap :P

Some people live on drama, the only way to stop them is to refuse to give them that drama air they need. Ignoring can sometimes really be the best solution but then again, it all depends on if we want to help them or not and how involved we are with them. Compromising our own vibration should never be an option so I always remind people that they can not pour from an empty glass. If we are safe from the drama and it does not affect us, only then can we go into that drama and try to help. Otherwise, it will swallow us whole :)
I agree with most of this, but ignoring someone is a conscious, active engagement. Unless there is recognition that a drama is enacting and that you are separate from it, and choose not to participate. However, a deliberate ignoring can be negative. This can ne a slippery slope into participating into the drama. Ignorance shares a common root word.

I think it goes both ways. Being negative all the time is bad but being positive isn't really good either. You need to find a balance in life to be happy but not so positive you end up blinding yourself.
Yes, there is such a thing as over positive.
