True, hell or heaven is in our hand means, what we think we get that, means, if we think every time negatively then for sure we will not going to get positive inturn we will going to get the negative stuff only.

To manifest something we have to change our focus and thoughts towards that goal and then we have to further act on that path so that we can achieve our goal and same way we can continue our lives journey in this phase only.

If we are staying in reality and in the state of true consciousness then we can understand all aspects in life means what is good for you and what is hurting you and this state of mind can help you to come out of difficult phase for sure.

So, think positive and be courageous and do good things in life and fight for good things because goodness is everything and we have to manifest goodness all around us and this way we can create heaven for us and for everyone.
