I'm surprised they didn't lock Mr. Bean up for that one, no worries Facebook and YouTube know what the truth is and are working hard so that is all you will find there.
If you live in a country with hate speech laws you don't have free speech. Offensive speech is the only type that ever needs to be protected because it is the only type that anyone would complain about.
In some countries looking at a person inappropriately is a crime.
