How to get out of stagnation: if you do not want to do anything?

Probably, many faced with such a period in your life when you absolutely do not want to do. From somewhere on top leans all-consuming laziness, and there is only one desire: to hide with a blanket head and not even move. This is stagnation, decline of forces, the first calls of depression. And with them it is necessary to fight. Otherwise, the mental state can be aggravated so that then it will be possible to cope only with the help of a specialist.

In order to overcome the stagnation, a person must perform a few simple, but indispensable actions. First you need to understand that life is not always bright and full of different emotions. Sometimes we need periods of rest, rest, and calm. They should be taken for granted without losing the joy of life. But if this attitude does not work, you will have to act more radically.

All people expect life to change, but if you just sit there and do nothing, then nothing and do not wait. You need to understand clearly. That usually silence happens before the storm, and most likely to replace the gray days will come a whirlwind of new experiences and sensations. And their arrival can be greatly approached.

First, we need to try to clearly imagine how the desired future is seen. And do not say that it is absolutely indifferent – it does not happen. A person takes himself in hand and begins to fantasize: what do you want, what is your dream? When a clear picture is drawn, it's time to start the next step.

Drawing, visualization of desires-this is what should be on the second period. Dream a little present in mind, they need to depict, to draw, cut and paste, in General, to make visible. Waking up, a person will see before him his aspirations, and it will add energy, push to action.

Third, in no case should you allow yourself to become limp. Constant work on yourself is the key to a quick return to an active life. I do not want to eat, for example – you need to force yourself to go to the kitchen and eat. There is no desire to walk – you need to get up, gather and go outside. Constant struggle with a fosters and tempers.

Do not give in to apathy – this is the main condition for a quick and successful exit from stagnation. But also very important is the right attitude to yourself and to everything that happens. Everything passes, and to replace the departed old, in with the bright new. This should not be forgotten under any circumstances.
