very thought-provoking post @krnel and the system certainly needs to be overhauled starting with the oppressive property taxes whereby no one actually owns their home and the taxes keep going up no matter who is in office.
If property taxes could be drastically reduced then I might be able to have hope that the system could be changed instead of this form of slavery which we have now.
