Thank you for your article--much to consider here and I do agree that the devil is the evil within us.
I am a bit confused by this part of your writing and wonder if you could elaborate?
We resist and withstand advancement towards what's better; into self-improvement, betterment, transformation, change and evolution towards what is right, good and true, and prevent our potential actualization of a truer, realer, higher self.
Do you mean that rather than accept the division within ourselves we name it self-improvement, transformation, etc? Or,....
No, our division from what is right, good and true that has us create wrongs into the world. Our division from our higher, truer and realler potential to be the expression of good, and not of evil.
