Ignoring the external distractions 💖

The quickest way to this realization, so quick it doesn't require any time is something I've pointed to many times before. That is the inner alignment with life. Life is NOW- not to make this moment into an enemy, but says yes to it. Welcome it and allow it to be. That's enough. If you're still questioning the wisdom, "Why should I do that?" Well think of it like this. Whatever happens in any moment,which is the only moment, whatever happens in your life, it appears to be a seperate event when you resist.

Many physicists themselves looking below the appearance of things have found the entire universe is interconnected. In actuality, what seems like a separation between different things does not ultimately exist. It is a web of interconnectedness. The entire cosmos is ONE. Everything is connected to everything else. So if something happens at this moment, it is inevitable. To not be aligned with it internally, you're cutting yourself off from the flow of intelligence that expresses itself as the universe. To be aligned with what is also is to be aligned with the one intelligence which flows through you. It will affect what you do and what it will do through you. You are not seperate from it.

Through the simple act of surrender which is basically what I am referring to, is a great big and beautiful power. Only the "little me" says, "don't surrender!" Surrender just to this moment. Become aligned with that. Then you will see the beauty in everything. Even in death because well, death happens. It is the end of a form and the form dissolves. You can become aligned with that. That is the spiritual practice and essence of teachings, if you look deep enough.

To live in alignment with life is to accept whatever form this moment takes, even if it seems to be a limitation on you. Very often perceived as a limitation. Of course in some ways it is. The body may become limited. As you age, you may not be able to move like you used to. There are certain things that are as they are, but an enormous change happens when you accept them as they are. It's not defeat. You are only accepting this moment, not the idea about it.

Then theres a beauty in whatever happens and then a gratefulness for what is. It can be a gratefulness of the tiniest things you would have overlooked-the table you touch, a flower, or a glass of water. It's not so much you have to walk around saying, "I am grateful." It's a natural way in which you interact with the world. You're grateful for what is-the beingness without seeking yourself in it. Then your life improves dramatically the moment that gratefulness comes for whatever is. You already have abundant life.

When we speak of abundance, we think of more things. No! It's deeper. So the abundance even if you only had one object in your life, you give it attention. You look, you touch, and when you give attention, don't use them as a means to an end or some kind of story around it. Simply acknowledge something and give it your full attention. Immediately when you give something attention, a gratefulness comes with that. An aliveness. That's abundance. It's depths of abundance is abundant life and your getting in touch with something that is beyond form in you. Then the forms in your life become little "add ons"- the icing on the cake. Not necessary, but quite nice. That's the play in form, the dance of form. When you leave the dance of your life and the forms of life continue. Why not participate in it?

Just play with the things of your life and give attention to this, just what is. There is a depth in what is that's deeper than the form and that's what gives the form it's beauty. The depth is in you. The inner yes to what is connects you. That is where you and the one life, the one consciousness connect. All one. No separation. Formless form. Remember, even when forms seem limiting, accept first, then see what happens.
