Went to a big even tlast night ... turns out large crowds can be stressful. Ever have those moments tha t are so inherently overwhelming you aren't certain of what to do... bouncing between possibilities, increasing in pressure like a steam kettle??

How do you blow of steam? For me it is always through physical exertion... What can I do when my body needs a rest?

Motivations
