"Think, Nothing" A cello meditation with bird sfx

She sent me a video of birds chirping in a wetland, I said;
"It looks peaceful" She responded,
"Yes, I like staying there. Thinking nothing."
"Thinking nothing is the best form of meditation," I said, trying to be wise.
She calmly said, "Yes, I find myself nowhere, but when I become aware of where I am, I then become aware of how long I've been here."

In this meditation, I included the bird sounds from the video she sent.
