No matter where we are, on the street we can find everything.
We discovered many happy and light steps. We could also find steps full of haste and stress, or steps of sadness and nostalgia.

There are people who do not see beyond their own feet. If you look at those people we could notice that they are immersed in their thoughts, their stories, their images and internal dialogues.

Through a view of tranquility and a lot of detail, it can be seen that the body of such a person tells us stories of everything that is possibly living. An individual at that time rarely walks with a smile on his face. On the contrary he makes his way with shrunken shoulders and crouched face,

We could see a mirror of the thoughts that the person usually thinks at those moments. It will not be positive thoughts
Have you ever noticed that type of walker on the street?

Surely we have all walked from time to time in that way. This happens to us in those days when we arrive at our destinations without remembering how we got from A to B. Sometimes we do the same thing in the car sitting behind the wheel. Or we spent the day at work functioning in this way.

There are people who have incorporated this absence as a habit in their lives.

What could we do on a gray day when our thoughts seem to control our life and wellbeing in this way?

  1. Stretch and raise your head. Test it!
    With a horizontal and straight view, or looking towards the sky, the negative thoughts will be cut, they will stop, or you will simply start to forget the details of the thoughts you had before making those small changes in your body.

  2. Breathe and be calm.
    It will help you feel and perceive your body. Stop a moment and change the pace of your steps. Go to the other side of the street if you want. With the change of our position we can transform our mood.

  3. Think of something different, no matter how big your problem is right now. Think of something nice that you have lived at some time in your life, try to remember every detail and imagine it with all the intensity

  4. Now you can be very 'proud of you'. You can give a smile to yourself. You just changed a negative mood into a positive one.

I propose that we look more at the people who happen to be on our way, of course, also in our children.
If we see people immersed in their thoughts, we could smile or say hello. Or, we could ask them something to get them out of their mood.

When we said goodbye, we gave them a smile.
Something that for you can mean nonsense,
It could be worth the world to someone else.
With just a smile, we could get to improve someone's day a lot.
Each small change is a contribution to the great changes.
