A new start

Every morning we start over, we start fresh and new. The only thing we can compare ourselves with is the one that was before.

Every change that we make each day, is the change that we will make for the new one each day. Every thought we clean up is for the next. Everything we learn is for the new.

There is a time for rest so that the one that is now can process everything.

Take the time to let the body process all the changes.
