Well I can appreciate the problem, at least! And I can say from experience that even going after a dream does not exempt you from this problem. For example, if you pursue something that is important to you while foregoing a more consistent income, you must then live with the consequences of having less income, and the things that get neglected when you have less money...

Unless one plans ahead to save enough money as a buffer, and is disciplined to live within and build withing the new income, which I did not - yet another set of choices and consequences.

On the bright side, each day brings potential for a new trajectory!
